Hi,  I am Tori

I am the Baker, Cake Decorator and Owner behind Tori's Cakes.

I have been passionate about baking since I was a little girl, it’s all I wanted to do, as well as have my own business. On leaving school I worked in Hotels as a Chef whilst training at college for my City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2. It was at college I found my love of all things sweet, and I continued my studies to train as a Pastry Chef and received my City & Guilds 711 Patisserie.
